Being a Chapter Leader with Royal Neighbors has been a great blessing in my journey of community service. One of the highlights of this role is attending the annual Chapter Leader Summit, an event that reminds me just how powerful it is when women come together with purpose.

The summit offers a mix of professional development and personal growth. This year, I had the opportunity to hear from inspiring speakers who shared practical insights on topics like achieving meaningful outcomes and managing stress. But the sessions that touched me most were the conversations with other Chapter Leaders. There’s something truly special about sitting in a room full of women who are making real, tangible differences in their communities.

Each Chapter Leader I met brought a unique story and an incredible passion for helping others. Some were organizing cruises for caregivers, others were leading food drives, youth programs, or animal support efforts. Every initiative reflected the same spirit, improving lives and strengthening the communities we call home.

Leaving the summit, I felt renewed. I carried with me not just ideas, but motivation and a deeper sense of purpose. The energy, creativity, and guiding others; it’s about listening, learning, and lifting each other up.

Being part of the Royal Neighbors Chapter Leader Summit reaffirmed what I’ve always believed: when women come together to serve, our collective impact can transform communities and inspire us all to keep growing, giving, and believing in what’s possible.
