Sugar-Free Cookies

A kid-friendly treat everyone can enjoy! Our Sugar-Free Cookies come in a rainbow of flavors and colors depending on the gelatin you choose. This recipe was originally provided by an Indiana member for our 1994 Potluck: with these recipes from Royal Neighbors Kitchens of America cookbook.

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¾ cup butter or margarine
1 pkg. (4 servings) sugar-fee gelatin (berry and lime work well)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Mix flour and baking powder together. Cream butter and gelatin. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Bake cookies on ungreased baking sheet at 400° F. for 8 minutes.

How to Make this Recipe Lighter
– Use light butter or margarine.
