As a long-time employee and history buff, Human Resources Executive Assistant and Human Resources Specialist Carol Beeding enjoys sharing her Royal Neighbors historical knowledge with employees, members, and the public. Her passion for our 128-year history is a valuable asset to remember our past, celebrate the present, and plan for our future.
Carol was recognized by her colleagues for her dedication to our mission and commitment to make every employee feel valued. She incorporates a caring philosophy with a systematic approach to create an efficient and welcoming work environment.
Truly embracing the importance of fraternalism, Carol often spends her free time volunteering with her husband Jeff and son Wyatt. Lately, most of her volunteer time is spent at school concession stands, but their family also enjoys serving the St. Joseph evening meal at the Rock Island Township Hall.
“I learned the value of volunteerism at an early age when I helped my mom deliver Meals on Wheels,” recalled Carol. “I remember the joy on the faces of those receiving the meals and on those delivering them. Royal Neighbors embodies the feeling that exists when lending a helping hand and being there when someone needs you most. We’re there when a family needs life insurance coverage, and we’re there to support a family during times of need. It’s the whole package.”
Congratulations, Carol, on being named Employee of the Quarter!
