Vicki Becker, IT Service Desk Supervisor, has been a member of the Royal Neighbors team for three years. Within that time, Vicki has become a trusted leader and essential component of the support team. Among her many accomplishments, Vicki recently created a new Major Incident Management Process for IT to respond to service disruptions more effectively. She is committed to streamlining processes, developing more efficient systems, and going above and beyond what is required to benefit the Society as a whole.
“I love our focus on philanthropy and our commitment to helping others,” said Vicki. “It is a joy to work with my team, and I appreciate their willingness to support my continuous improvement philosophy!”
Outside of the office, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling to visit her three children and five grandchildren. She loves reading, cooking, and baking. Vicki likes to participate in church activities and has donated her time by operating the audio/visual equipment and occasionally playing special music for services.
